The people at John Rhodes A.S. Ltd.  
 
John Rhodes has been working with crop sprayers since 1977 when
he started contract spraying and so has a wealth of experience in
both older and more contemporary machinery. He is responsible for
sales but is also involved with all other aspects of the business.		 John Rhodes.
Richard Bartels joined John Rhodes in 2000 when John took on the Berthoud agency. Richard joined Western Farm Implements on
leaving school and is well known for his engineering skills. He now
has an in depth knowledge of Berthoud sprayers but is equally adept
at mending all makes of spraying machinery.

Richard Betteridge is responsible for guidance systems and is becoming expert in the operation of Patchwork, Raven and Centreline Systems.
He farms at Great Tew and owns Knight and Househam sprayers.
This hands on experience is invaluable when
dealing with customers requirements.

Jim Wright joined the company to take responsibility for sprayer testing. Again he has had many years experience operating sprayers
with particular expertise in vegetable crop production.
Jim has a reputation as a thorough but fair NSTS tester.

Richard Burgoine is self employed but we are fortunate to have
his services on a regular basis. He is a multi skilled engineer and
has taken on many of the customers previously serviced by
Richard Cantrill. He has been to France for factory training at
Berthoud and is a NSTS tester.		  
Sally Organ is responsible for the office administration and is
acquiring knowledge of all aspects of the business. Sally has over
15 years experience within the arable agricultural industry.		 Sally Organ.
Jane Hince has been with John since 2000 and is responsible for the purchase ledger and accounts department. She's a very nice lady! Jane Hince.

Jon Richardson joined the company in Spring 2007 to take on the responsibility of the stores and spare parts department. He is gaining knowledge of the industry and has become an important member of
the team.

Mark Elder has recently joined us as a sprayer tester. He has
previously worked as a sprayer operator for both farmers and
contractors and so approaches the job in a practical way.
